carefully before making reservation or purchase for tour packages or other products
via www.7usa8.com, so as to fully understand the rights and responsibilities of
both parties. As a customer of www.7usa8.com, you shall understand and accept all
contents and articles of the terms and conditions. We reserve the right to change
the terms and conditions in part or in its entirety without prior notice.
1. Your Eligibility
You must be an individual, 18 years of age or older. If you are under 18, you may
use www.7usa8.com or contact our company for reservation of tours only with involvement
of a parent or legal guardian.
2. Your Responsibility
Before making reservation, it is your responsibility to read relevant information
about your desired product including, but not limited to, the following: Pricing
and its notice, Tour Itinerary, Package Includes, Package Excludes, Cancellation
and Refund Policy, Terms and Conditions, Special Note, etc.. And you herein state
that you have read and fully understood all the content and waive the right to dispute
against any part of it after your purchase.
Reservation Procedure:
(1) Upon making reservation and the related payment online via www.7usa8.com successfully,
you will receive a confirmation generated by the system immediately.
(2) Within 1-2 business days, you will receive our Confirmation Email with all the
detailed information for your tour, including departure time, itinerary, hotel confirmation,
airport pick-up, etc.
(3) Both the system generated confirmation and our confirmation email are your proof
of purchase.
3. Privacy and Data Collection
www.7usa8.com will by no means sell, share or rent your information to any outside
parties, except for using your information for order processing and for providing
better service. Information collected includes name, address, billing address, telephone
number, email address, and payment information such as credit card, etc. www.7usa8.com
requests you to provide your username and password to access your own account information.
You agree that use of data as described above is not an actionable breach of your
privacy or publicity rights.
4. Travel Insurance
www.7usa8.com strongly recommends you to purchase insurance on medical, trip cancellation,
and baggage, etc. We shall be exempt from any liability in the event of any accident
rising from, but not limited to, loss or damage of properties, injury to people,
death during trip, etc. Settlements will ensue in accordance with rules set by airlines,
hotels, buses, etc. The company deems that all customers to our tours have stated
themselves as being healthy for travel. Should they have any serious illness, no
participation is accepted until being guaranteed by professional physicians as being
fit for travel. Customers shall assume all responsibilities and shall not seek any
litigation or compensation from the Company under any forms, should there be any
accident during the tour. The company does not assume any legal liability.
5. Reservation Amendments and Cancellation
Every effort will be made to ensure that tour itinerary be the same as planned.
That said, in order to ensure your safety, we reserve the right to make amendments
including altering, postponing and canceling tours due to weather, transportation,
riot and other uncontrollable reasons under very rare and special circumstances.
Furthermore, we also reserve the right to cancel the tours if the number of customers
is inadequate to form a tour group. The additional fees arising from the postponement
or cancellation of tours as a result of uncontrollable reasons shall be solely borne
by the customers. The company does not offer any compensation. Should there be any
injuries or loss of life to individual customers due to the above-mentioned reasons,
the Company does not assume any legal liability.
In order to ensure the common interests of the parties concerned, should there be
any customer impeding the normal activities of the tour group, the Company reserves
the right to refuse the said customer to continue with the group and no refund or
transfer shall be made for the unfinished part of the tour. As of the time of departure
from the tour group, the act of the said customer shall have no relevance whatsoever
with the Company. Should any customer, due to personal reasons, want to arrange
his/her own transportation or leave the tour earlier while it is in progress, the
Company will try its best to facilitate. That said, the Company is not liable for
any failure in connecting with the pre-arranged programs due to transportation delays
or others, or for direct or indirect expenses or loss of accommodation.
6. Passports and Visas
You are responsible for obtaining any travel documents and/or verifying entry requirements
necessary for each country of travel and/or transit on your selected tour itinerary.
Entry laws differ with respect to travelers?citizenship. www.7usa8.com is not responsible
to obtain or keep personal travel documents for customers or assume responsibility
for notice of countries?current requirements. You are responsible for any expenses
incurred as a result of delays or itinerary changes related to your lack of appropriate
travel documents. You should strictly abide by the laws and regulations promulgated
by the government of the visiting country, including but not limited to immigration
and Customs Laws and Regulations. www.7usa8.com will not be responsible for any
penalties due to your failure to abide by any regulations of the government of the
visiting country.
7. Registration
You can register for tours online, through emails, or directly contacting our Beijing
office or US headquarter. Upon registration, please provide name of customer, gender,
tour code, date of participation, number of days, your contact information, etc.
The company will reply within 24 hours after receiving your online registration
and will provide electronic confirmation letter within 1-2 business days.
8. Payment Method
Please be aware that prices of all tour-related products are offered in the currency
of United States Dollars. We accept Credit Card payment via PAYPAL which is a safe
and reliable online payment platform. (NOTES: The payer is not required to have
a PAYPAL account to make the payment.) In addition, you are also allowed
to make wire transfers to our company account at Bank of America.
All tours and prices on the website are for your reference only. They are subject
to change due to holidays and other factors. Prices for all tour-related products
shall be checked against the final quoted prices of our business representatives.
9. Payment Requirement
- Online Reservation: (a) Upon making reservation and the related
payment online via credit card or Paypal account successfully, you will receive
a confirmation generated by the system immediately. This system generated confirmation
is your proof of purchase. Within 1-2 business days, you will receive our Confirmation
Email with all the detailed information for your tour, including departure time,
itinerary, hotel confirmation, airport pick-up, etc. (b) If you only submit your
reservation online, but choose to make payment off line (such as, cash, check, wire
transfer), you will only get a system generated reservation receipt. The reservation
receipt is not your proof of purchase. You are required to make full payment within
1-2business days upon receiving the reservation receipt. We will confirm your reservation
only after the full payment is made. Upon receiving your full payment, within 1-2
business days, we will send you a Confirmation Email with all the details information
for your tour, including departure time, itinerary, hotel confirmation, airport
pick-up, etc. This Confirmation Email is your proof of purchase.
- Reservation by Phone or Email: Upon receiving your reservation
by phone or email, we will provide you a reservation number. You are responsible
to make full payment within 1-2 business days after obtaining the reservation number.
We will confirm your reservation only after the full payment is made. Upon receiving
your full payment, within 1-2 business days, we will send you a Confirmation Email
with all the details information for your tour, including departure time, itinerary,
hotel confirmation, airport pick-up, etc. This Confirmation Email is your proof
of purchase.
10. Cancellation and Penalty
All the hotel reservations and itineraries will be arranged in advance. Should any
customers absent from the tour or leave the tour in the middle will be considered
as automatic waiver of the right to the tour. To the said customers, the company
refuses any refund. As to the other situations, please see the following rules:

automatic waiver of the right to the tour. No any refund shall be given.

If customers do not appear on the check-in date (i.e., no show), it is deemed automatic
waiver of the right to accommodation. No any refund shall be given.
If customers decide to cut short the reservation after check-in, no refund shall
be given for any unused portion of the original reservation.
11. Package Includes
(1) Hotel - Two customers share a two-bed standard room. Single-occupancy should
pay single supplement and should notify the Company upon registration. The Company,
in principle, uses hotels listed in the itinerary, should there be any special circumstances
that the listed hotels become unavailable, the Company reserves the right to choose
similar hotels instead. If three or four customers wish to share a standard room
(i.e., a two-bed standard room) in order to enjoy the most affordable tour prices,
the Company is not responsible for adding extra beds. The customers shall consult
the hotels and bear all the extra costs.
(2) Coach - The Company will arrange tour coaches according to actual conditions.
All vehicles are luxury air-conditioned coaches with insurance.
(3) Sight-seeing - The sight-seeing is subject to items listed in the tour itinerary.
Experienced English-speaking Chinese tour guides will be provided. The Company reserves
the right to change the itinerary due to weather, time, security and political issues,
natural disasters and others.
(4) Admission Fee of Scenic Spots - Admission Fees as specified in the itinerary.
12. Package Excludes
(1) All personal expenses, such as telephone calls, laundry, postage, luggage overweight,
insurance fee and entertainment irrelevant with the tour group such as cable TV
(movie) and music concerts. All beverages, alcohols, etc.
(2) Meals expenses.
(3) Tips for tour group leader, tour guide, driver, etc.
(4) Passport and visa fees.
(5) Additional expenses due to transportation delays, strikes, weather, political
reason, war, riot, natural disaster and other uncontrollable factors shall all be
borne by customers.
(6) Optional tour items.

13. Legal Statement
This General Terms and Conditions (i.e., Reservation Policy) is deemed an agreement
between customers and www.7usa8.com. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed
in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without reference to conflicts
of law rules. As a condition of the use of www.7usa8.com and its service, the customer
agrees to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located
within the county of Los Angeles, California. If any provision of this Agreement
is found invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum
extent possible, and the other provisions contained herein will remain in full force
and effect. The failure of www.7usa8.com to insist upon or enforce strict performance
of any provision of the Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision
or right.
