Your purchase will initiate a reservation process. We will confirm with you within one to two business days only after you have paid for the tour package in full. If your purchase cannot be confirmed for any reason, we will fully refund your purchase without any additional charge. But, we are not responsible for any penalty or cancellation fees due to change or cancel airplane tickets, train tickets, cruise tickets, hotel reservation and so on, if you purchased/booked airplane tickets, train tickets, cruise tickets or hotel rooms before you receive the electronic tour confirmation from us.

All hotel and tour schedules are arranged before hand. Any person failing to appear on the day of departure or during the trip is deemed automatic waiver of the right to the tour and shall not be refunded. Other amendment, cancellation and refund policies are as follows:

(1) U.S. Continental Tours

Cancellation Made Within	Penalty
15 days or more prior to Departure	$100 administration fee/person, the balance of the tour price is refundable.
7-14 days prior to Departure	50% of tour price
4-6 days prior to Departure	75% of tour price
3 days or fewer prior to Departure	100% of tour price(i.e., No Refund)

For customers who cannot arrive on the departure date due to missing plane or train, the penalty will be 70% of tour price plus the 1st-night accommodation fee.

No Refund Shall be given for any portions of the tour unused by the customer after departure of the tour.

 

If customers do not show up on the departure date (i.e., no show), it is deemed automatic waiver of the right to the tour.  No any refund shall be given.

15 days or more prior to Departure	$50 amendment fee/person, plus the variance of tour packages.
7-14 days prior to Departure	$150 amendment fee/person, plus the variance of tour packages.
6 days or fewer prior to Departure	No amendment allowed

(2) Hawaii Tours

Cancellation Made Within	Penalty
15 days or more prior to Departure	$150 administration fee/person, the balance of the tour price is refundable.
7-14 days prior to Departure	85% of tour price
6 days or fewer prior to Departure	100% of tour price(i.e., No Refund)

 

Amendment Made Within	Penalty
15 days or more prior to Departure	$75 amendment fee/person, plus the variance of tour packages.
7-14 days prior to Departure	$150 amendment fee/person, plus the variance of tour packages.
6 days or fewer prior to Departure	No amendment allowed

(3) Canada Tours

No cancellation or changes allowed for Canada Tours (i.e. no refund for Canada Tours). 

(4) Hotel

Cancellation Made Within	Cancellation Fee
4 or more days prior to check-in date	$15 cancellation fee per room per night
3 days or fewer prior to check-in date	The accommodation fee of the first night as cancellation fee

If customers do not appear on the check-in date (i.e., no show), it is deemed automatic waiver of the right to accommodation.  No any refund shall be given.

If customers decide to cut short the reservation after check-in, no refund shall be given for any unused portion of the original reservation.

No amendment is allowed as soon as the hotel reservation is confirmed. 

All amendments or cancellations are subject to our examination. We will process your amendments or cancellation/refund request as soon as possible. Please note that we will not acknowledge voice mail amendment or cancellation. Any Amendment or Cancellation must be made in writing by email.

Please provide the following information for amendment or cancellation: your reservation or confirmation number, the full name of the reservation-maker, email address, tour date, name of the tour, total amount of transaction, your telephone number and a short description of the reasons for amendment or cancellation. After receiving your request for amendment or cancellation, we will confirm with you within three business days. For amendment, you are responsible to pay in full for any variance of tour packages within 1-2 business days after we confirm your amendment. For cancellation, we will mail you the refund check within 15-20 business days after confirming your cancellation.
