1. What kind of payment methods does www.7usa8.com accept?
We mainly accept the following ways of payment: cash, credit card, wire transfer, Paypal, cashier's check, personal check and so on. Payment by credit card is based on Paypal system, which is safe and efficient. The card holder can make the payment without Paypal account. In addition, any refund will be made in the same way as your payment.  Any bank fees or transaction fees occurred will be deducted from the total refund amount.

2. What kind of reservation methods does www.7usa8.com accept?
www.7usa8.com mainly accepts reservations via its web site, phone call or email.  Additionally, customer can also visit our office to make reservation.
a) Reservation by Internet - Customer may log on www.7usa8.com to choose tour package, and follow the instruction to make reservation.
b) Reservation by Phone Call - Customer may call our service lines to make reservation.
c) Reservation by Email - Customer may send booking information to info@7usa8.com via email. We will contact you and confirm your reservation within 24 hours upon receiving email.

3. What is the process of online reservation? How long does it take to confirm my reservation?
a) You will receive a receipt of reservation via email within 24 hours after submitting your reservation online.
b) Within one to two business days after making payment in full, you will receive a confirmation email from us. All detailed information about your tour such as departure date, itinerary, hotel confirmation and airport pickup etc will be included in the confirmation email.
c) Simply print your E-confirmation letter and present it on the day of your activity to your tour guide. Please remember that the E-confirmation letter is your proof of purchase.

4. Can I change or cancel my reservation after submitting it online?
Please state the reason of amending or cancelling the tour by sending email to service@7usa8.com. Amendment or cancellation made 15 days prior to departure will cause different level of penalty based on different tours. No amendments or cancellations are allowed 7 days prior to departure. No refund shall be given for any portions of the tour due to customer’s personal reasons such as: no proper travel documents, arriving late, illness or accidents. Please refer to Amendment, Cancellation and Refund Policy for more details.

5. I am afraid I may have accidentally duplicated my reservation, what shall I do?
We will void the duplicated reservation for you as long as it has not invoiced and/or confirmed. Our service staff will contact you to make sure your reservation order is correct when we notice there might be any possibility of duplication.

6. How can I make reservation if the tour information webpage appears under construction?
During the process of uploading data to the system, the webpage will appear under construction. We suggest you to come back later. It would be completed no longer than 24 hours. Please also feel free to call our service number to make reservation.

7. How far in advance shall I make tour reservation?
Please make reservation about 45 days in advance for USA and Canada tours. Customers who have USA or Canada visas can make reservation about 30 days in advance. However, we strongly recommend you to make reservation as early as possible so that your travel schedule will not be postponed.

8. Why the final price is more expensive than the starting price?
The starting price is the lowest price. The price is based on 3 or 4 people sharing one standard room with 2 beds. The final price may be different because of departure date, number of attendance, number of rooms and type of hotel.

9. Can I get an invoice for my confirmed reservation?
www.7usa8.com is a subordinate company of Golden Eagle International Enterprise, which is legally registered in California, USA. We will issue the invoice according to your reservation. However, only one invoice will be issued for each confirmed reservation.

10. Can www.7usa8.com apply for USA travel or business visas for us?
We can call to make visa interview reservation, fill application forms and provide interview counseling for you. The standard charge rate is $115.00 (including reservation telephone card expense; excluding visa application fee). However, all USA visa applications require interview personally with visa officers. In order to help you apply for the U.S visa, we will provide documents such as tour confirmation to prove your intention of traveling to the U.S for vacation or business purpose. 

11. Where will I be picked up after arrival? What happen if the flight is delayed?
Passengers of U.S. domestic flights will be picked up by our escort at the baggage claim area and passengers of international flights will be picked up at the Exit. If the flight is delayed, changed or canceled, please notify us as soon as possible for appropriate arrangements. In addition, the loss incurred as a result of the above-mentioned reasons shall be borne by the airline company. We (i.e., www.7usa8.com) assume no responsibilities.

12. Does the package price include meals?
Basically, the package does not include meals unless otherwise specified.

13. Does the package price include admission fees?
The admission fees that are included in the package price are specified in the itinerary. For those not specified in the program, they are not included in the package rate. Please review the itinerary carefully before making payment.

14. What are the typical tips?
For airport pick-up or drop-off service, the typical tips are $3/person per trip. For tours lasting between one to three days, the tips are typically $6/person per day. For tours lasting more than three days, the typical tips are $6-$7/person per day.

15. Is smoking permitted in hotel rooms?
All rooms on our reservation list are non-smoking rooms. Heavy penalties will be levied for smoking in the rooms. Please contact hotel front desk if smoking rooms are desired.

16. How many beds are there in a hotel room?
All hotel rooms on our reservation list are standard rooms with 2 beds. If three or four customers wish to share a standard room and need an extra bed, the customers shall contact the hotel front desk and bear all the extra costs.
